Class credits and monthly memberships ("House Plan") purchased will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances. The House Plan provides you with unlimited access to Cycle House on a monthly basis. You can reserve up to 1 bike per day and after that you can take unlimited ”walk-in“ classes. The House Plan renews automatically on the same calendar day you signed up. There are no contracts and no commitments. You can cancel at any time by calling us at (310)358-0888 or emailing admin@cyclehousela.com. Please note that if you cancel after your renewal date you will not be eligible for a refund.
