Lisa was born and raised in Los Angeles and has been a fitness instructor of various disciplines since 1989. She is also an Ironman triathlete who has been competing in triathlons since 2008. Having learned to become an indoor cycling instructor with the inventor of "Spinning," Johnny G, her Rides are unlike anything else you've experienced before. To put it simply, she rocks the House!
